Soderbergh Drops Liberace For Contagion

Director Steven Soderbergh (Traffic) has been a work horse grinding out a movie every few months lately. He's currently shooting his spy action flick Knockout. His next projects were going to be Liberace or Cleo but they're both been pushed back for Contagion according to The Playlist. The film written by Scott Z. Burns (Informant, Bourne Ultimatum) is an action-thriller about the outbreak of a deadly virus. Playlist insists the film will be similar to Traffic with it's "multi-strand" storyline.

The talent interested in the film is stellar they include Matt Damon (Green Zone), Kate Winslet (Little Children), Marion Cotillard (Inception, Pubic Enemies) and Jude Law (Sherlock Holmes).
